We execute precise stripping, applying deep-penetrating strippers that emulsify years of cross-linked finish buildup without damaging the subfloor. After radical neutralization, we apply high-solids, slip-resistant acrylic finishes.

Why Neutralization Matters
A frequent mistake in commercial floor care is applying fresh finish over a highly alkaline floor after stripping. This causes the new wax to powder and fail. We measure the floor's pH dynamically before ever pouring a drop of finish.

Corporate carpets represent a massive capital expenditure. Extending their lifecycle requires more than just vacuuming; it requires scheduled deep-tissue extraction.
We deploy two primary methodologies based on your facility's operational hours and carpet soil load:
1. Hot Water Extraction (HWE)
Often referred to as "steam cleaning," this is the industry gold standard. We inject pressurized, heated water mixed with active detergents deep into the carpet pile, simultaneously extracting the suspended soils and up to 95% of the moisture.
2. Low Moisture Encapsulation
Ideal for 24/7 facilities. We apply specialized polymers that crystalize around soil particles. These crystals dry quickly (often in under an hour) and are subsequently removed during routine vacuuming.
Polished Concrete Services
Transforming porous, dusting concrete slabs into highly durable, reflective, and low-maintenance surfaces.
Diamond Grinding
We use heavy planetary grinders equipped with metal-bond diamonds to remove the soft top layer of the slab, exposing the harder concrete beneath.
Densification
We apply reactive lithium silicates that penetrate the pores of the concrete, creating a chemical reaction that dramatically hardens the surface and prevents "dusting."
Resin Polishing
Using progressively finer resin-bonded diamonds, we polish the floor up to a 3000-grit level, achieving a glass-like finish that reflects ambient light.
